Home Care

We partner with Florida based and state-wide senior in-home care providers to meet the needs of those that can live independently but may need assistance with routine activities. At the Small ALF Coalition, we understand that having someone come into the home is not something to take lightly. Rest assured our focus is on you and finding the best home care service that is compatible with your needs.

We ask the necessary questions, with your family members and physicians if necessary, in order to find the best in-home provider. There are several types of services available based on the level of care needed.

Home Healthcare

Home health care is provided by licensed healthcare professionals who are can provide medical care. These services are typically best suited for seniors who are recovering from a hospital stay or need additional support at home from a licensed professional. For example, home care can be provided by registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs), speech language pathologists (SLPs), home health aids (HHAs) and medical social workers (MSWs).

Private-duty care or non-medical in-home care is provided by a caregiver who comes to your home and helps with activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping chores, yard work, bathing and any other activity that requires assistance. Services are also available for over-night stays, transportation to doctor’s appointments and companionship.

Whatever your senior care need is, we will find the best service to make your life easier giving you peace of mind.
